As autumn brings refreshing breezes and osmanthus blossoms fill the air with fragrance, the Mid-Autumn Festival draws near. On this warm festive occasion, Kuaijie Group launched a heartfelt holiday consolation campaign, distributing customized mooncake benefits to all employees. The Group delivered sincere festive blessings and tangible corporate care to every on-duty staff member sticking to their posts.
Specializing in the transportation of hazardous chemicals and waste chemicals, Kuaijie Group has a large team of frontline drivers and escorts who travel on transport routes all year round. Even during holidays, they remain dedicated to their duties and guarantee stable transport capacity, serving as a solid cornerstone for the company’s smooth operation. In view of the particularities of the industry, some employees are unable to collect holiday benefits on-site due to outbound transport missions. Adhering to a people-oriented philosophy and ensuring no one is left behind, the Group strictly implements the work requirement of full benefit distribution before the festival and refined the distribution plan in detail. On-duty employees received gifts on-site in a unified arrangement, while benefits for staff on outbound transport tasks are properly kept by their respective fleets or delivered one by one via passing vehicles, ensuring every employee receives festive consolations ahead of the holiday.
At the distribution site, gift boxes were neatly arranged and all supplies clearly categorized. Staff members counted, registered and distributed the benefits in strict accordance with standardized procedures, ensuring the entire process was well-regulated, efficient and orderly. Frontline and on-duty employees were filled with joy upon receiving the Mid-Autumn gift boxes. Many shared the festive delight with their families at the first opportunity, bringing warmth to their dedicated journeys and tenderness to ordinary posts.
A box of mooncakes represents sincere care, heartfelt concern and solid responsibility. Free of extravagant embellishments, these festive gifts embody the company’s genuine thoughtfulness for employees. All staff expressed that the holiday benefits are not only a beautiful ritual of the Mid-Autumn Festival, but also a vivid reflection of the Group’s respect and solicitude for frontline workers. For a long time, frontline transport staff have traveled through wind and rain, fulfilled their duties faithfully and silently guaranteed stable transportation services. The company’s warm-hearted measures have effectively relieved their fatigue from long-term travel and further enhanced all employees’ sense of belonging, happiness and team cohesion.
Focusing on frontline staff and warming every employee’s heart, these small holiday gifts carry the Group’s sincere blessings and sense of responsibility for every dedicated worker. Going forward, Kuaijie Group will continue to prioritize employee care, refine warm-hearted welfare measures, unite all staff with sincere warmth and pool strength through down-to-earth efforts. All employees will stay true to their original aspiration, stick to their posts, perform their duties earnestly, strictly uphold safety bottom lines, fully ensure the stable and orderly progress of transportation work, and safeguard the high-quality development of the enterprise.
On the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival, Kuaijie Group wishes all employees and their families good health, joyful reunion and safe journeys all the way!
