At 10:40 a.m., Teacher Li’s course "Practical Improvement of Data Analysis and Decision-Making Skills" continued. In the current logistics industry, where intelligent transformation is accelerating, data has become a core competitive advantage. Drawing on years of experience in logistics financial data operations, Teacher Li demonstrated through real case analysis how to use data tools to uncover efficiency codes in logistics scenarios, guiding students to shift from "experience-based decisions" to "data-driven" approaches, mastering precise decision-making skills. The hands-on exercises and on-site Q&A ensured that trainees could proficiently grasp calculation formulas, truly reflecting the principle of "full of practical knowledge, learn and apply immediately."

At 1:00 p.m., Chairman Cha personally taught the course "Logistics Customer Complaints and Crisis Management," focusing on service pain points and management essentials. As a leader with over twenty years in the logistics industry, the Chairman emphasized, "Complaints are mirrors, reflecting service shortcomings; handling is a bridge, connecting customer trust," and combined classic cases encountered in enterprise development to dissect the four psychological needs behind customer complaints. At 3:30 p.m., the review, summary, and defense session took place as scheduled. Each trainee delivered a 10-minute key report on training insights and plans for their work as trainee managers. From reflecting on training experiences to outlining trainee manager work plans, students deeply integrated four weeks of learning with work practice, demonstrating dual growth in "theory + practice." The intense exchange of ideas and pragmatic planning showcased the responsibility and commitment of the reserve cadres.

At 5:00 p.m., the graduation ceremony officially began, with a solemn yet enthusiastic atmosphere. Awards for outstanding teams and individuals were announced. After comprehensive evaluation and strict selection during the training, the Elite Team won the "Outstanding Team" title for their excellent learning performance, solid practical results, and strong team spirit. Trainees Zhang Zhihui, Liu Wei, and Liu Ya were honored as "Outstanding Individuals."
