On May 10th, at the Ouye Camp on the shore of Yangcheng Lake, our team building-outreach activities came to a successful conclusion. On this day, sweat and laughter are intertwined, and the cohesion of the team is constantly sublimated in the expansion.
At nine o'clock in the morning, the friends arrived at the camp one after another. Under the leadership of the development teacher, everyone came to the training venue and started a day full of vitality.

First up is the "Break the Ice and Set Sail" session. In the interaction of kneading shoulders and pinching backs, the originally slightly restrained atmosphere gradually dissipated.
 The game "Squirrel and the Big Tree" pushes the joy to a climax, and the tension is both exciting and exciting, and from time to time there are bursts of exclamation and laughter because they can't grab a place. In this interesting activity, everyone's hearts got closer and closer, and the day was full of energy.

In the most anticipated "Peacock Opening" modeling session, each group brainstormed and posed a strange and creative shape. Some imitate the grace of a peacock spreading its wings, and some show the vitality of the team with exaggerated movements.
Conventional expansion projects have been carried out in an orderly manner, such as "Pipeline Passing", "Concerted Drum", "World Map", "One Circle to the End", "Sixty Seconds of Extreme Speed" and other expansion projects, which have become a stage for everyone to break through themselves. Everyone worked closely together, broke their own limitations again and again, and worked hard towards higher goals, fully demonstrating the wisdom and strength of the team.

In the blink of an eye, the long table in the center of the camp was filled with a dazzling array of barbecue ingredients. Everyone gathered around the barbecue and became barbecue masters. Someone held a long tong, skillfully flipping the meat skewers, in the sound of "zizi", the flames flickered, and the moment the secret sauce was brushed, the aroma of meat wrapped in smoke and fire instantly dispersed. In the laughter, everyone enjoyed the unique fun of barbecue by themselves.

In the afternoon, the "Frisbee Carnival" set off another round of climax. The frisbee shuttles through the air, everyone releases the pressure, improves teamwork in sports, cultivates strategic thinking and dedication, bravely faces every challenge, and enjoys the pure joy brought by sports.
At the end of the event, in the summary and experience sharing session of the foreign training conference, everyone reviewed the bits and pieces of the day, and further deepened their trust and understanding with each other. The group photo is not only a bright smile, but also a precious memory of the team working together.

Although the team building has ended, the team friendship and fighting spirit we have gained will last forever. In the future, let us take this enthusiasm and strength to meet new challenges and create more brilliance together!
